11 Hot Penny Stocks To Watch

With the bull rally continuing on Friday we have some great potential setups out there in pennystock land.

Potential Shorts

EVK - This trashy company has gone from .80 to 2.40 in 5 days and showed an afternoon dropoff on Friday from its highs of the day, so its an obvious potential short. $2.20 is the price level to watch, if it can break that level then $$$

LNET – Good run up the past week from the .80, look for it to start falling from its graces today, especially if the market tanks. $1.50 level is what you want to keep an eye on.

VTNC – This is one horrid company right here with a pretty good pump and potentially dump creating. Look for green-red action and eye in on the $5.00 level as that is support. If it breaks that price, you know what to do.

SPRD – Was a high-flyer yesterday after a contract with Samsung was announced. Pretty fundamental news, therefore it’s not really a short play unless it gets really over-extended.

Potential Buys

SFEG – This is my only potential buy based off the decent breakout pattern i’m seeing on the chart. It made a new 52 week high on Friday. My only drawback is the little volume it had on the breakout. Because of that, watch the price action/volume for a few minutes when the market opens to get a gauge on if it’s a true breakout.
